Benvenuti su SUGNA'S. Perché questo titolo, vi chiederete?
Ovunque andiate, in giro per il mondo, troverete sempre una pizzeria, un ristorante, o un panificio gestito da italiani. La cosa divertente sono le insegne: tassativamente leggerete il cognome del gestore accompagnato da " 'S". Provate a digitare su Google il vostro cognome's e fatevi due risate!
Ma ora veniamo al nostro titolo: la sugna (simile allo strutto) è il grasso del maiale sciolto lentamente sul fuoco, e poi versato in barattoli fino a solidificazione ultimata.

Mi sembra che sia tutto chiaro... in questo blog si parlerà soprattutto di cucina, di ricette e di ciò che di sugnoso esiste sulle tavole di tutto il mondo!

Welcome to SUGNA'S. You might wonder, why ever this title?
Anywhere you go, all around the world, you will always find out a pizzeria, restaurant or even a bakery run by italians. The funniest thing about them are their shop signs: in almost every single case, you will read the manager's surname followed by a " 'S". Try it yourself! Look for your surname'S in Google and have a good laugh!
But now let's go back to our title: this weird "sugna" is nothing else than pig fat - similar to lard - melted on the fire until reaching a liquid form and then poured into a jar to congeal.
